Land Development, Farm Mechanization, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, Food Processing, etc., or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with At least 5 years experience in any Rural Finance Institutions/project implementing experience in line department of Central Government or State Government/Research or Teaching experience of ICAR/CSIR in rural area projects
• or the equivalent from a recognised board or university.
